		<description>We all need to remember that whether the employer is using a sourcing tool like career fairs, open houses, employee referral programs, TweetMyJOBS, CollegeRecruiter.com, Monster, Careerbuilder, etc., that the tools are just tools. None are going to be the silver bullet. 

The incredibly low costs delivered by TweetMyJOBS to deliver candidates to the employer&#039;s web site are great, but the volume is likely not nearly sufficient for an employer like InterContinental Hotel Group. IHG and TMJ never claimed that the volume was sufficient for all of IHG&#039;s needs but clearly TMJ has delivered exceptional value to IHG.</description>
