More Upgrades from JobServe

June 8, 2010 by Alice Allan

The JobServe network is on a roll, following up the release of its iPad application, upgraded resume search and resume preview option with more offerings for recruiters and job seekers.

The network, which covers the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India, Germany and Thailand, is now offering recruiters a “one-stop shop” to handle the information in their accounts.

Recruiter accounts will now display a range of performance indicators including applications delivered, jobs live and expiring, and a constantly updating account status.

JobServe says it is aiming to break away from what it describes as the “one-size-fits-all” approach offered by many job boards, and allowing advertisers to tailor their own online experience with the new dashboard and other products it has in the works.

The network’s mobile website has also been upgraded and now allows job seekers to apply for positions directly from their phones.

“You will be able to apply for jobs in as little as two clicks whether you have a Blackberry, iPhone, Nokia or any other Internet-enabled phone,” explained James Wren, JobServe’s general manager of search products and user experience.

JobServe was first established in 1993. The network employs around 500 people and is part of online recruitment company Aspire Media Group.
