findmycv.com Joins UK Market
April 29, 2010 by Alice Allan
Web design and development company HotLizard has added another generalist job board to the UK market with the release of findmycv.com.
The new website is sourcing its positions fromĀ Jobg8, a network of job boards, aggregators and affiliates across which jobs are advertised based on market and industry niche. HotLizard used a similar formula in its recentĀ redesign of careerboard.com.
For recruiters, the findmycv.com works on a pay-for-performance model. Account manager Spencer Cohen told onrec.com he is confident the new portal will deliver results:
“We required a cost-effective yet technically feature rich solution to address our job board design and impression rates. The particular attribute of pay for performance functionality has vastly encouraged the rate of employer job posting, getting the site to its feet rapidly. The Gecko job board range from HotLizard outshone even our own original requirements and now we have a scalable solution that I am fully confident will deliver results.”
findmycv.com joins UK newcomers uk.linkup.com, cvsearch.co.uk, jobs.co.uk and judgethejob.com, which have all been launched over the last few months.
