bigmouth.co.in Talks Up Reviews

While not nearly as common as job boards, a number of employer review websites have been established over the past few years. glassdoor.com is a well known US example, and in the UK there’s the aptly-named employerinformation.co.uk, which launched in 2009.

Now, bigmouth.co.in has stepped in to offer a combined employer review and job listing service in India.

Promoting itself as free-to-list, the website invites employees to post job openings as well as employer reviews. Employers can also list positions and manage candidate applications through the website.

The reviews on the website are anonymous – a feature that attracted criticism in the case of employerinformation.co.uk as some argued it left the website open to abuse.

While it appears anyone can sign up to add a review, bigmouth.co.in says it reserves the right to edit or delete any remarks in its reviews.
