MetrixLab’s Best Portals Announced

Jobs portals from across the world have been honoured in MetrixLab’s Website of the Year awards, which name the most popular websites based on public votes and the best websites based on an evaluation of content, navigation, and design.
The websites taking home awards in the jobs category were:
chairtyjobs.co.uk for Best UK Website and check4jobs.com for Most Popular UK Website;
regionsjob.com for Best French Website and pole-emploi.com for Most Popular French Website;
laboris.net for Best Spanish Website and infojobs.net for Most Popular Spanish Website;
jobcrawler.it for Best Italian Website and infojobs.it for Most Popular Italian Website;
cesar.de for Most Best German Website and stepstone.de for Most Popular German Website;
bijbanen.nl for Most Popular Dutch Website and monsterboard.nl for Most Popular Dutch Website;
simplyhired.com for Best US Website and monster.com for Most Popular US Website;
freshersworld.com for Best and Most Popular Indian Website.
The results for Russia and China are yet to be announced.
The awards were established in 2004 and are run in association with Nielsen Online and partners including social media news website mashable.com.
