greenjobsonline.co.uk, a UK portal that focuses on environmental and renewable energy sector positions, has launched a service that allows clients to send email alerts to specific candidates in its database.

onrec.com reports that these monthly HTML emails will promote greenjobsonline.co.uk’s “top jobs”, targeting certain environmental and renewable energy disciplines.

greenjobsonline.co.uk managing director Richard Marshall explained the thinking behind the new service:

“We are now in our third year, and in that time we have built a considerable database of excellent renewable energy and environmental candidates. Our new service will enable our clients to make the most of this by promoting their brand in targeted promotional emails.

This will not just help drive targeted and relevant traffic to clients’ jobs, but also offer the client an excellent branding opportunity to a large and relevant database.”

This year, greenjobsonline.co.uk has been reporting strong growth despite the global economic downturn.
