eQuest Partners with LinkedIn, Taleo
October 7, 2009 by Alice Allan

Global job posting delivery and job board management service provider equest.com has announced partnerships with social network LinkedIn and talent management technology provider Taleo.
By teaming up with LinkedIn, equest.com will allow joint equest.com and LinkedIn corporate customers to post jobs on LinkedIn without additional distribution fees.
“Our customers’ metrics clearly show a huge upswing in job postings to LinkedIn and, as a result, increased hiring success,” said equest.com president and CEO John Malone.
Mike Gamson, vice president of LinkedIn Corporate Solutions, added: “Customers of our Talent Advantage recruitment solutions have been asking for easier ways to post jobs into our powerful network of professionals. Today’s announcement represents a significant step forward in addressing that need.”
equest.com states this is the first of a series of integrations with LinkedIn to be released over the coming months.
Through the partnership with Taleo, equest.com will offer its Prophesy3 product through Taleo’s Solution Exchange, which Taleo describes as its “app store” that provides more than 100 third party talent management products. The Prophesy3 application tracks online hiring and advertising, reporting on the effectiveness of Internet based campaigns.
In another partnership, Taleo has recently linked with the simplyhired.com job search engine to feed simplyhired.com job openings to Taleo’s new Talent Exchange online marketplace.
Taleo states its services are used by approximately 4,100 organisations including 46 of the Fortune 100 companies.
