International generic and specialist jobs website tiptopjob.com has just announced its new pay-per-application payment model.

The new pay-per-application model works on a job credits system. To post a position, a set number of job credits can be purchased and used up over a period of time. One job credit allows a single job opening to be posted for 30 days.

Alongside the pay-per-application system, tiptopjob.com is still offering its traditional subscription based payment model, which provides 30-day packages for £199.

In an interview with hrmagazine.co.uk, CEO Mike Dauncey explained the new model:

“We have been looking to introduce the model for some time so we are pleased to now be able to work with those clients who may not have considered using us in the past.

A unique factor of the service is that once the client’s applications are used, the remaining applications are stored in the client’s account until such time when the client buys further credits.”
