Another Partnership for TalentDrive

US based recruiting technology provider TalentDrive has entered into its second partnership this month with applicant tracking system provider nowHIRE.

TalentDrive states that the partnership will see its TalentFilter resume sourcing technology API integrated with nowHIRE’s products to create TalentSweep – “a full-service talent acquisition and management solution”.

TalentSweep allows recruiters to search both free and paid online resume locations as well as their own candidate database from a unified platform. The tool then ranks resumes against the specified job description and imports them into nowHIRE’s applicant tracking system.

Earlier this month, TalentDrive teamed up with online applicant tracking company General ASP to market a similar product to K-12 educational institutions.

TalentDrive and nowHIRE are not the only companies focusing on new recruiting tools this month – Jobvite has also released a standalone tool it says any company can use to find candidates on social networks and the Internet at large.
