jobsite.co.uk Offers New Ad Options
August 3, 2009 by Alice Allan

UK jobs portal jobsite.co.uk will offer new advertising options from August this year, and has just redesigned to allow for paid advertising on its website.
jobsite.co.uk is part of multi-channel media company A&N Media’s digital portfolio. The new advertising options will allow employers and recruiters to place their vacancies on A&N Media websites such as dailymail.co.uk, independent.co.uk and metro.co.uk, along with a network of local websites run by Northcliffe Media.
jobsite.co.uk says it will use “behavioural targeting technology” to ensure these advertisements are placed in front of the most relevant candidates. The website will also provide the option to use a co-branded template that can contain up to three job listings.
jobsite.co.uk is also selling flash enabled leaderboards, skyscrapers and MPU advertisements for companies that wish to advertise on its website. Keith Potts, CEO of jobsite.co.uk, had this to say about the new advertising options:
“Despite the current economic climate there are still thousand of companies looking to recruit and to secure the best candidates they often need to find ways to stand out from their competitors. Our latest offering, alongside the outstanding reach of our group network, allows recruiters to be in front of candidates, not just on jobsite.co.uk, but also as they search for news on dailymail.co.uk or independent.co.uk, or look to purchase a new car or home on motors.co.uk or across Northcliffe’s local sites.”
This latest move follows jobsite.co.uk’s recent decision to become the main sponsor of Premier League Portsmouth Football Club, as well as its deal to power job websites owned by Johnston Press.
