US jobs website hireflyer.com has announced the launch of its new Facebook application.

The company says that the new application links the two sites, expediting jobs to job seekers, reducing the time to it takes companies to find qualified candidates and guaranteeing absolute anonymity for both parties.

Jill Blanchard, VP of Marketing for hireflyer.com, said:

“There are on average 73 Million users on Facebook on any given day. To extend the reach to this potential audience is a huge advantage for any job seeker or company using HireFlyer’s job distribution technology. We want to make sure users are able to receive positions through their Facebook notification as well as email and text messaging options.”

Using hireflyer.com’s Facebook application, a job seeker is able to create a new hireflyer.com account or link an existing hireflyer.com account quickly and easily through Facebook. Once the link is established any jobs matching their profile (on the hireflyer.com site) will be pushed to their personal Facebook notification page.

The company says that giving job seekers the option to receive HireFlyer job alerts via email, text message and now Facebook notification keeps the seeker engaged and constantly updated of new opportunities matching their profiles.

hireflyer.com was launched earlier this year with the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) ideology allowing a job seeker to create a profile and begin receiving email job notifications in less than 30 seconds. The company also prides itself on its pricing strategy being well below its competition enabling any company, from 20 to 100,000 employees, maximum exposure for minimal cost.
