Over the past year executivesontheweb.com has asked over 200,000 executive job applicants to rank their recruiter experience based on the quality of the service provided within the high-earning jobs portal.

Candidates could rank each job application with a customer service score from 1 (Poor) to 5 (Excellent) and the recruiter scores are then calculated by their average rating based on a minimum of 20 job postings per annum.

The recruitment company with the best average score for 2008-09 was Eutopia Solutions, who managed to achieve an excellent customer service score of 4.05. Highly Commended went to PSD Group, Vendor Resourcing, RP International & ERS.

Justin Finch, Operations Director at executivesontheweb.com, explained the reasoning behind the awards:

“One of the biggest issues within the job board industry is the lack of feedback candidates receive when applying for jobs online and this award acknowledges those recruiters who provide excellent customer service.
