jsfirm.com, an aviation job search website, is now posting its jobs to Twitter along with other social networking websites.

A report on aero-news.net explains that once employers have posted a position on jsfirm.com it will be automatically circulated to MySpace, Facebook and LinkedIn as well as a number of search engines. jsfirm.com account manager Tonya Salatino described online social networks as containing “a wealth of talent”.

jsfirm.com is free for job seekers and subscription based for employers. The website claims to have over 65,000 aviation professionals as members and over 4,000 companies using it to find candidates.

jsfirm.com is the latest in a long line of employment websites to incorporate social media into their job posting strategy, with oodle.com and careerbuilder.com two more websites that have followed the trend this year.
