theladders.com Graphs Job Histories
July 3, 2009 by Alice Allan

Executive job website theladders.com has introduced JobGraph, a new application for its pre-screened candidate database recruit.theladders.com.
JobGraph, which was announced at this year’s Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conference and Exposition, provides a visual representation of a candidate’s employment history. The application tracks up to ten years of work history and compares this against the history of other job applicants.
Marc Cenedella, CEO and founder, explained the aim of the new application:
“By developing innovative online tools like JobGraph we are making it easier than ever for human resources professionals to screen the largest pre-qualified $100K+ talent pool according to their specific needs. In this competitive job market, the ability to quickly and efficiently screen applicants is the Holy Grail for hiring managers and executive recruiters; we are streamlining that process.”
theladders.com took out the top award in the employment category at this year’s Webby Awards. The website states that it lists more than 35,000 new jobs each month across every industry.
