New Options for Employers at monster.com
July 3, 2009 by Alice Allan

Global job website monster.com has announced a newly configured Talent Management Suite (TMS), which it is promoting as “customizable and scalable for any size of business”.
Monster TMS offers three main options to employers: a branded website hosted by monster.com (Monster Career Site Hosting), an applicant tracking system (Monster Recruit), and a customised version of this system for employers who have extra requirements (Monster Custom Recruit). monster.com is offering various pricing packages based on a per-use-per-month model, and says Monster TMS is available in ten countries and eight languages.
Puneet Bhasin, Monster’s senior vice president of employer product, explained the thinking behind Monster TMS:
“It has never been more crucial for companies to elevate their unique employer brand and advance their workforce by efficiently assessing, attracting and on-boarding the talent they need. Monster TMS delivers the tools to help companies easily accomplish these objectives by providing employers a customisable and affordable solution to develop and retain the talent they have to cultivate a more engaged, prepared and productive workforce.”
The suite also includes post-hire applications: web-based employee performance tracking, Monster Career and Succession Management and Monster Learning Management, which gives employees access to training programs and resources.
monster.com is introducing the newly enhanced suite of employer tools at the 61st Annual Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conference and Exposition currently taking place in New Orleans.
