New iPhone App from beyond.com

beyond.com, a network of niche job websites, has announced the release of its iPhone application.

beyond.com, which calls itself “the world’s largest network of niche career communities”, has also recently partnered with mobile software application provider Viigo to bring their content to the BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices.

The beyond.com job website network covers a wide range of employment categories and US regions. The new iPhone application allows job seekers to seach by keyword and location, bookmark jobs and forward jobs to friends and access career advice articles.

In a company statement, beyond.com CEO Richard Milgram said:

“With this new app, beyond.com provides users with access to the latest information to help drive their careers; and employers with the ability to reach these job seekers where they learn, work and live online. With a growing number of savvy mobile users, we recognise the value of creating multiple channels for job seekers and employers to make connecting easier than ever.”

beyond.com joins indeed.com, careerbuilder.com, LinkedIn and Craigslist amongst the number of job websites making their content accessible through the iPhone.
