It makes me happy that Monster..I mean Ed has resorted to Guerilla marketing. The bigger they are….the harder they fall and the more it hurts when they hit bottom.

As a small business owner, Candidate Spotlight was “just what the doctor ordered!” I couldn’t afford resume search and I didn’t do job postings because they were too expensive and, when you are looking to fill a job, who can wait 30-60 days for a posting to close. I filled two jobs in ONE day! THIS IS PERFECT!

Sounds like they are offering these candidate profiles in addition to the job posting becuase they are trying to get more money out of each job poster.
