Free Listings at US Jobs Website
July 7, 2009 by Alice Allan

Recently relaunched US based website gigfish.com says it aims to provide “an easy to use, no cost recruiting option with many of the same features and benefits of other, highly expensive, national job boards”.
gigfish.com was officially launched in late 2008, and re-launched early this year. Information on the website for employers states that the website offers “100 percent free job postings”. The website goes on to tell employers:
“We don’t just rely on search engine traffic to attract candidates to your job postings. gigfish.com is proactive when it comes to finding the right candidates for your organisation. gigfish.com directly markets to active and passive job candidates based on the current job postings within the gigfish.com database.”
Job seekers can search by keyword, location, salary, experience and education level, employer type, travel preferences and whether the position involves telecommuting.
gigfish.com founder Robert Adams tells jobsportalwatch.com that another upgrade is planned for the website later this month, which will include new features such as an automated resume search and job seeker and employer forums.
