Leading US career website careerbuilder.com has launched a social media brand management service for employers, which it says will help them “develop a deep and beneficial relationship with their target talent”.
The service is being run by Personified, careerbuilder.com’s talent intelligence and consulting division. Mary Delaney, president of Personified, explains the service further:
“As more people collaborate and connect online, maintaining a social media presence is essential to become part of the valuable conversation. Despite the benefits, many organizations lack the time and resources to proactively manage their social media presence.
Our new service acts as an extension of a company, helping them make the most of their social media efforts by posting content; attracting participants, fans, and followers; and listening, understanding and responding to job seekers. All of this is done while maintaining a unified brand voice.”
Basic and advanced packages of the service are available. Through the basic package employers are provided with communication monitoring, responses to comments, new content posting, and monthly reports. The advanced package also provides services such as mini marketing campaigns, creation of content to attract potential employees, and help for recruiters who want to engage candidates through an employer’s website.
