pongoresume.com, an online resume-building resource, has announced a partnership with job search engine indeed.com.

The deal allows Pongo to expand its repertoire of services with a Job Search Tool that provides customised job searches for all Pongo subscribers at no additional charge. Pongo subscribers can now create resumes, customise cover letters, practice interviewing techniques, search and apply for jobs, and track job search activity.

“Providing job listings is a natural extension of Pongo’s™ job seeker services,” said Rodney Capron, Jr., CEO of Pongo Resume in a press release about the deal. “In today’s competitive hiring market, job seekers need all the timesaving assistance they can get to alleviate the stress that goes along with a job search. Indeed was a logical partner in offering us the support needed to add this valuable service for our customers.”

Pongo’s Job Search Tool uses information provided in the user’s Pongo profile to find matching jobs in their area, and users can refine the search to focus on different job titles, keywords, employers, and locations. The Job Search Tool gathers job postings from all online job boards, newspaper ads, and company web sites and provides links to the original listings.

Pongo users have multiple subscription options, including a free trial account, or, for a minimal monthly or annual fee, they can subscribe to the full-service suite of exclusive career tools and resources which now includes the Job Search Tool powered by indeed.com.
