natsjobs.com is a new service aiming to help job seekers find positions through a customised job search.

The website allows users to sign up for a free job report matching their own criteria that is sent to them daily via email or RSS feed. After two weeks, users have the option of signing up for a 2 cents per day subscription.

cheezhead.com reported that after the website had been live for five weeks at the end of May, it had attracted approximately 20,000 unique visitors per day.

The website was created by Kevin Watson as a job seeking solution for both himself and his wife Natalie. Natalie Watson’s statement on the website explains:

“Fortunately, my husband’s day job is creating computer programs for the large fortune 500 companies. I asked him to put his skills to use and create a program that sends the job leads to me.

I use to keep track of the new opportunities in my area by going from job board to job board but each visit would take thirty or more minutes. It doesn’t take that many sites before you have spent your entire morning going from job board to company website, to government listings. The computer runs 24/7 looking for new jobs and e-mails them to you so you don’t have to.”

Kevin Watson told ottowabusinessjournal.com that natsjobs.com has compiled almost 300,000 employment listings.
