findajobalready.com, a new US based job portal, does not charge employers for listings. The website classifies itself as “a no-fee employment solution that takes the financial burden off of employers and recruiters, as well as job seekers”.

The website, which creator Barak Hullman says he has worked on for a year and a half, creates revenue by charging for advertising space rather than listings. In a press release, Hullman states:

“The expense of job posting and looking for work online has begun to drive good businesses and good workers out of the marketplace. This decreases quality and competition which is just as bad for employers as it is for employees. Everybody loses. The information on our site is free for the taking.”

findajobalready.com aims for ease-of-use with extra large fonts and text boxes. It also offers saved search options, email notifications and resume importing from LinkedIn profiles.
