geebo.com Jobs Free To List
April 29, 2009 by Emma Sorensen

geeboo.com, a US online classifieds website which usually charges for job listings, has made job listings free.
geeboo.com is a community style cities based classifieds site a little like craiglist.com.
It has typically charged users to post job ads. A single listing usually costs $75, with packages available of up to 20 postings for $1,275.
For the entire month of May, all job listings will be free, with employers able to post unlimited listings.
In December 2007, geebo.com added a resume upload tool to their site which has resulted in over 24,000 resumes being available for employers and recruiters to search and review for free on the site. More recently the website underwent an upgrade to improve its services.
geebo.com was established in January 2000. It’s founder, Greg Collier, was a successful marketing and sales professional in consumer goods and sees geebo.com as an online community, where users are thought of more like neighbours.
